Called the front desk and the man who picked up was extremely rude. I am a first time visitor and was trying to understand the training schedule so I could plan to visit when more courts were available to visitors. The only response I got from him was “I can’t tell the future. The courts are busy now and will be busy later”. I tried once again by asking about the training schedule, and he responded “Like I said, I can’t tell the future”. The owners need to take an active approach to ensuring a welcome attitude towards new visitors. After speaking with my peers, there is an obvious growing discontent with the service at Bintang Santa Clara, and everyone is looking for alternatives. We came to Bintang with 3 people. We had to wait 40minutes just to get a court as a walk-in appointment, which was understandable (the court was very busy). However, two players came early and signed up, but they could not sign up the third player beforehand. We were told the third player (me) could sign up and join the court, but when we tried to enter my name, it said you have to have 2 or 4 players. The receptionist didn’t say anything about this restrictions when I paid her, and I was basically unable to play once another group signed up for the other half of the court. The courts were not bad with acceptable rate. But the management was poor. I visited here for the second time today. And no one at the front desk guided me with the sign in process. When I finally figured out that you’ll need to register for a name and password, the woman was very rude and reluctant to help me with it. What’s worse was the registration system showed your password for like only 2 seconds then turned back to the home page without any action. You had to be quick enough to take a photo or remember it.
