Be careful where you park. The nice extra large paved pullout that Google maps takes you to will earn you an $80 ticket if you park there. Place is basically a demonstration garden. This is my favorite garden at UCSC with various crops, but also adorned with fruit trees and the like. You'll often bump into students maintaining the garden, or classes every so often teaching people about ecology, plants, soil biodiversity and all the other fun things...

Look out for TICKS. Found multiple on ourselves after a walk around the garden. Otherwise a beautiful and peaceful place. Nice to see plants cohabitating...
