Chickasawaves Waterpark — Attraction in Saraland

This place has potential to be great. However it’s pricy and the swim out to the floats is pretty far. They have a mandatory 1 hr hydration break which is smart unless rain is expected at the same time the break ends. So my kids were able to play for 2 hrs sit for an hour break then leave because the rain/ lightening started. No partial refund or make up days were issued and it was $248 for my family of four. I understand they can’t control the weather but keep they could have give the kids 45 more minutes to play before pulling the plug...
