Worst experience I've had at a bowling alley. We were placed on lane 7 right next to the leaking roof with a bucket right in our way that we had to walk around the whole time. Our lane was constantly broken; the computer would freeze, pins would disappear and not get replaced on fresh turns, and our score was not counting the pins correctly. This occurred constantly throughout the two games we played. The computer quit working when we tried to start our third match and we decided to just leave and spare ourselves the disappointment. Ball selection is also very scarce and sad here, almost none of them are labeled with what size they are. Do yourselves a favor and find another establishment...

If you plan a birthday party here, expect reasonable prices but only 15 minutes in the party room beforehand to prepare for your party. Also they are very poor about responding to messages either on their email or Facebook. I liked the party room and the price was very reasonable, the kids had a great time, but I could not handle the stress of only having 15 minutes to throw my stuff on the table while my guests stood there and watched me and tried to help. Went for a kids birthday. We decided to play a game on our own. The balls are horrible for finger placement, and it's like they were rejected of production. The staff that work there are very friendly.
