I called for the first time, and this lady got super upset at me because I wanted to had several dates for different quotes instead of just one date, gave me a horrible attitude when I didn't answer exactly what she wanted me to say, and hung up on me. Even after I tried to explain it, she kept cutting me off with a really aggresive tone, finally I have to admit that in my last answer my tone wasn't the best, but I kept my words respectful, and truly couldn't understand where all of this hostility was coming from since I had been nice and was just trying to explain what I wanted from the company. I'll never even attempt to work with this folks again, and if that's how they think they can start a professional relationship with people in the industry, I'm not gonna risk any further involvement with...

If you are a Truck Driver and try to pickup or delivery to this company the best way to get to V.E.R. is thru American Way and then go North on MLB Network Plaza all the way to the end and not to the traffic light on Cove Ct. Especially OTR like me. Good luck...
