Out dated buildings, problems with the fire alarms (we removed ours), paper thin floors, annoying and rude neighbors and I received a letter from the management company telling me my kids were being too loud for the people downstairs. I told both the neighbors and the management company I would sue them into the next century and they finally left me alone. Not a good place for families and the neighbors don't socialize. Its like living in a sleepy retirement village.

Read moreGarbage building. The building is literally falling apart, debris everywhere, mold, elevators always down, outdated & old, wallpaper falling off & rugs always dirty. Management doesn’t know what they’re doing, security never securing lets anyone into the building. Central air never works half the time, none of the amenities are ever available for use. Building is a piece of shit they have so many uncompleted projects and HOA is money hungry, drastically increases the fee every year by hundreds of dollars yet nothing is getting done to better the building.
