Harmon Cove Towers — Attraction in Secaucus

10 stars!!! Great place to live! Easy commute to NYC, bus stop underneath the building, friendly people from all ethnicities & ages, luxurious building , easy to rent, super low taxes, reasonably priced & spacious condos, great staff, one of the best views of sunset/ Hackensack river/ NYC skyline/ American dreams mall/ MetLife stadium etc!! Each unit comes with one indoor parking, washer dryer in the unit, one can rent storage downstairs by paying additional $$$. 247 Doorman, 247 maintenance dept, security, and many amenities like outdoor swimming pool, kids pool, kids play area, basket ball CT, tennis CT, mini golf course , nursery for kids, conference room, yoga room, sauna/ spa, gym, game room (billiards, table tennis, poker, air hockey, fuss ball, library ), bike room and the list goes on and on!!! Building has brand new cooling tower, new boiler, elevators and lobby! Living...

Harmon Cove... Good riddance. Moved here after living in Xchange and all I can say is we are moving back to Xchange.

Out dated buildings, problems with the fire alarms (we removed ours), paper thin floors, annoying and rude neighbors and I received a letter from the management company telling me my kids were being too loud for the people downstairs. I told both the neighbors and the management company I would sue them into the next century and they finally left me alone. Not a good place for families and the neighbors don't socialize. Its like living in a sleepy retirement village.

Garbage building. The building is literally falling apart, debris everywhere, mold, elevators always down, outdated & old, wallpaper falling off & rugs always dirty. Management doesn’t know what they’re doing, security never securing lets anyone into the building. Central air never works half the time, none of the amenities are ever available for use. Building is a piece of shit they have so many uncompleted projects and HOA is money hungry, drastically increases the fee every year by hundreds of dollars yet nothing is getting done to better the building. Terrible...
