Love this place! The instruction for agility has been amazing- very clear and firm, but never mean or aggressive. Indoor and outdoor arena and play groups. My dog is very skittish and fearful, but has been able to excel and really gain confidence with the instruction here. They always have the dogs best interests in mind in terms of safety/comfort/enjoyment, etc. They’re prices are fair. They offer some membership/cash discounts for their classes, grooming, play groups, and store (treats/food/harnesses/toys).

This is THE place to bring your dog for training! The owner has decades of experience and is a wonderful resource for just about everything canine. We have been coming here for almost nine years for THE BEST dog food and fun!

Really loved the Basic Manners class ! The trainer was helpful and attentive. She still gave individualized attention even though we were in a group training situation.

I strongly advise against using this facility for your dog's care or training. My experience with both their daycare services and agility classes was extremely disappointing, especially compared to other providers I’ve used in the past. I have previously utilized various dog daycares and training services across different states due to frequent relocations for work, and I’ve never encountered issues like this before.

The staff and owners at this facility were consistently rude, condescending, and even mocked my dog. After his first daycare session, I received a call informing me that my dog was "humpy," and they wanted to crate him rather than let him play. When I asked if he was causing problems with other dogs, they admitted he wasn’t, but still insisted on crating him. I expressed that I didn’t want him crated unless absolutely necessary and suggested temporary separation if needed. Despite this, I later noticed my dog frequently came home with scratched, blistered, and occasionally bleeding paws. These injuries only occurred after his daycare visits.

The final straw came on New Year’s Eve. I scheduled daycare in advance and was assured they would maintain their regular hours despite the holiday. On the day of, I dropped my dog off at 7:30 AM and headed to work. Around an hour later, I received a call from an employee laughing, saying they were closing at 3 PM instead of 5 PM because she had dinner reservations at 4:30. When I explained I couldn’t pick him up until 4 PM and that I wasn’t informed of the early closure, she rudely responded, “There’s a sign on the door I put up at 8 AM. You should have read it.” Since I dropped him off before 8 AM, there was no way for me to know. She continued laughing and dismissively said, “That’s not my problem. You need to pick him up at 3.” I had to leave work early, use PTO, and inconvenience my manager to resolve this.

Hoping for a better experience, my fiancé and I decided to give their agility classes a chance, as they had positive reviews for those services. Unfortunately, this was another disappointment. The instructor, Kathy, was disorganized, impatient, and frequently made passive-aggressive remarks to both owners and dogs. Her demeanor created unnecessary stress during classes. After attending only two of the six prepaid classes, we decided to withdraw. Although the class package cost $180, we didn’t request a refund, as I had already seen other reviews reporting similar issues with refunds.

Overall, this facility has consistently demonstrated poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of care for both dogs and their owners. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their dog’s well-being or a...

Owner can be rude and will talk about people in front of whoever. She's also been known not to refund people their money for various reasons and complains about her bills. This also isn't a cage free daycare. If you have a hyper dog or small dog, they will be locked up all day here if the owners are working the daycare. They won't hire anybody to watch the little dogs like normal daycares, so in the winter days, the little ones are always locked up. They will lie to owners and tell them their dog has been outside or has just come inside, meanwhile they've been locked up for hours. Don't apply to work here, one little mistake and she will accuse you and talk about you behind your back. Makes lies about you as well, big bully. She talks about customers as well. You don't know how a place is until you work behind the scenes, sad.

Just read the yelp...

They're patient and kind... We have 3 dogs and started here to get help with one of them, Hank... He's a rescue and it took him 3 months to come out from under the chair during puppy play... He's insecure, "dog-selective" and "soft"... Staff are amazing here... Their guidance helped to change Hank's life. They gave us the tools to help him become more confident. They were also incredible when we got our third dog... At that point, Hank was an adult and selective about the dogs he liked... We were unsure how he'd take to the new puppy. Canine Mastery allowed us to introduce the two dogs at their facility under their...
