Dungeness Spit Trail — Attraction in Sequim

Beautiful! Tip- don’t park at the nearest parking lot unless you need the bathrooms (pit toilets but they are brand new and clean). Try to park at the first parking lot you come to so you can experience the walk along the west facing ridge. Safe for kids- all fenced off with really nice views of Port Angeles in the distance. Easy trail to get to the beach. There are benches along the trail. The trail itself is wheelchair accessible, but not so much to get down the beach as it gets a bit steep and becomes too sandy.
