Lake Area Thrift Store — Attraction in Seven Points

I visited this store today because it had great reviews. They had pretty nice items. I was instantly off-put by the team members. There was an older female thay came in from a smoke break. When she came in, she reeked of marajuana. Not a big deal....but maybe don't come into work smelling like pot. And if you were a lady visiting this store today and looking at area rugs...the staff members really don't like you. One team member Dillon, and the older lady were speaking very negatively about a customer today. Both team members were being very loud and disrespectful. Dillon said he moved a kayak so the customer could see the rugs. Apparently the customer moved the kayak and he said "next time I'm just going to let it hit her in her f*ing head." Then they proceeded to keep dropping f bombs while talking about other customers and team members. I found several pieces that I wanted to purchase, but ultimately decided not to give my money to a place where the customers were clearly not valued. There were approximately 6 customers in there at the time, even one lady with a small child, and no team members should speak in that manner when customers are around, especially children. As i was leaving, the older female team member was standing in the doorway, holding the door open and smoking a cigarette. The entire front end of the store smelt like smoke. I definitely will...

Where can I begin, every single time I go in this place, the lady upfront, her name is Pam I think, is always so nasty and rude, she curses in front of costumers and children, I was in there with my wife and grand child and she talked very rudely to another employee, it seemed like he was trying to do his job because he actually ended up helping us later careing out some things along with the man around my age, she also talked very snippy and bad to us as well, like she was trying to hurry us out of the building,and on top of all of that, the prices are outrageous for a thrift store, it looks relatively clean but the smell says otherwise, I do not think we will be shopping here anymore due to how rude and nasty the employee Pam always is, and how the prices, stench of mold and decay all over the place, would not recommend more so for the way the employee acted, she does not need to be doing this line of work...

Was told something was on a 24hr hold and to call at 9am and if wasn't picked up yesterday I could get it . So call at 9am on the dot and was told it was still being held. So I figured maybe I didn't hear right cause of my phone so got my brother to call and they then told him that guy paid for it this morning but how's that possible when I called at opening and was under the impression if not picked up yesterday day they would hold it for my mom. Who by the way needs a chair to sleep in because of health issues . So needless to say not...
