First experience ordering delivery from Milanos and was sadly disappointed. Ordered at 7:30 and after ordering and paying online received a message that the delivery would not be until 9:20. I left instructions to deliver to the back porch. A text was received at 9:20 saying the pizzas had been left on the front porch because no one answered the door. The driver was courteous in texting to let me know the kitchen had not given any instruction on delivery when I inquired. One of the pizzas was incorrect from the order. It was supposed to have pepperoni and Italian sausage but had pepperoni only. When I inquired about the pizza being wrong, the driver said the manager would call me. The manager did not call or text. Not a good way to encourage repeat customers. There are other choices. The pizza was good and the driverās texts were courteous. It is the last time I leave any tip before the order arrives. I am easy to please and would have left an additional tip with the driver had he made personal contact with us. Customer service failure leads to business failure. Take care of customers and they will return. Fail to provide excellent customer service and customers will eat elsewhere!! A simple call and a correction gets you a five star rating and most importantly a repeat customer. Failure to do so gets you a 2 star rating when you deserve a 1 and a customer who will go somewhere...

Short story: terrible pizzas (which were wrong), and even worse customer service (1 hr late, wrong pizzas, no refund, hung up on me twice).
I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad at 6:30 p.m. I received my pizzas at 8:30 p.m. The pizzas were completely wrong. I called the driver, who said she'd have to take the pizzas back and redeliver the correct ones. Given that they were an hour late I decided to feed my kids what I could (everything but the jalapeƱo pizzas), and I decided to call and try to speak to the manager. The manager was too busy, and the employee took my number down. No call. I called right before close, spoke with Patricia, she spoke with the owner Abdul who was standing right there, and said they couldn't refund without me having returned the pizzas. I asked to speak with Abdul, he's apparently left in the 10 seconds it took for her to relay his message. I asked for a refund, she said no and actually hung up the phone on me. I called back, and she said we must have to disconnected (definitely hung up on me). Apparently the owner works 2 days a week, none of which I will be in town for. She said there's nothing she could do, and hung up on me again.
Shittiest overall experience...

(One specialty pizza and one up to three toppings, price comes to 25.97)Obviously the gentleman that answered the phone knew what I was ordering since he did not ask what sizes I was ordering..Pizza gets delivered and credit card slip shows they billed 37.00. I told the delivery guy it was wrong and he said he call the restaurant and they would fix it. I called and explained to the woman who answered that there was a mistake on how much I was charged. She kept arguing with me stating I had ordered two large pizza's and the.prices for each. I told her I had ordered the special, the same special I had ordered just a.few days earlier. (It was billed correctly that time) She argued prices went up, they had new owners and that they didn't have any special like what I ordered. I asked to talk to a manager but she was too busy arguing the prices and then hung up on me. I didn't bother calling back because obviously they don't care how they treat...
