Small town fun! The kids always have a blast coming here. There's lots of fun for all ages!

2/1/25 update: CHECK GROUPON BEFORE YOU COME! The prices are all very expensive otherwise. The games cost too much to pay. the games are all poorly maintained. Several games don't work. Basketball game sensors don't work. Food took over half an hour. We ordered a burger and wings. Wings came after 30 minutes. Burger eventually came after that. My husband's wings were long gone before my son's burger finally came. The front desk always has a very long line and it takes forever to be helped. My opinion? I feel things have kind of gone down hill. Because of that, I am removing a couple stars.

7/21/25 update: I have removed a star again for the following reasons: More games don't work and are out of order and/or don't properly function. My advice - make sure your tickets actually get awarded before you leave the machines!

Vending machines didn't work, upstairs bar states they don't serve water - not even if you want to pay.

While at the bar I had the displeasure of meeting the older bar staff woman. She was rude and seemed put off that we were up there to order food. I apologized to the lady that it seemed that I was upsetting her for some reason and she still continued to be rude.

I also noticed the price on the menu doesn't match what they actually ring you up for on the wings. They overcharge you and seemed shocked that they have never had this brought to their attention, so PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU'RE CHARGED VERSUS WHAT THE MENU PRICE IS!!! The very rude bar lady called the manager up (rudely over the radio) to the bar to help with the refund for me being overcharged. Another employee asked the bar lady if she needed help taking the trash out and she was completely rude to her as well.

Once the manager came up, the bar woman then made a rude, snarky comment about me to the manager under her breath, which I did hear.

I did end up speaking to the manager, she did apologize about the bar employees unprofessional actions, she spoke with the owners, and she offered us wristbands at our next visit in an effort to make up for what happened.

My opinion: Your rude employee is costing you more than she is worth. She is only there for a paycheck and nothing more. She is ruining this establishments reputation. My two boys even picked up on her rudeness. We didn't feel welcome and at that point. We have spent well over $2000 here with birthdays, wristbands, yearly wristbands and arcades - the way we were treated tonight by that employee ruined our experience. We will only be back to spend the last couple hundred dollars on our card and we will be cashing out our 40k+ points and probably won't return, despite being a local. We feel driving an hour to another family fun establishment is worth it to not have to have another experience like...

To start off, I’m not sure why this establishment has high reviews. We purchased a 2-hour, unlimited Go Kart, Laser Tag, Rock Climbing, and Bumper Cars package. It was lightly raining today, so I made sure to call in advance regarding the Go Karts and somewhat inclement weather. The man on the phone (I’m presuming is the manager) clearly stated, “Whenever the rain stops, we will open it back up again.” We live a bit far away, so we drove over an hour and a half just for this man to say, “It’s closed for the day.” Mind you, the rain had already stopped by the time we arrived. Also, we arrived around 7pm and this arcade doesn’t close until 10pm. We were debating coming another time, but we didn’t want to drive this far again, so we went ahead and redeemed the package. Throughout our time there, the workers were very awkward and standoffish. We would wait very long periods of time just for them to walk over to us. They made us feel like a hassle, despite us only being there for less than 20 minutes, and the package is supposedly unlimited for 2 hours. Nevertheless, we decided to play pool. When we asked the workers, they needed the managers approval? After another long wait, we finally got the managers approval. He gave us the supplies and even told us the first time is free, which I assumed was because of the unfortunate circumstances. Another weird thing, he needed to hold onto our IDs until we were done? He forgot to give us the triangle, so I asked the workers if they had one. Again, we need the manager. Also, they were smirking very weirdly while I asked and looked at each other awkwardly. At this moment, I was getting racist vibes from them. So, I walked to the manager myself and had to wait AGAIN. It seemed like he was talking to his significant other, which I was trying to be understanding, but people are waiting!! Finally, he got to us and found a triangle after taking a while to find it. We were done with our game, and as we were giving the supplies back, he told us he needs the balls as well (they’re obviously in the machine). I reminded him that he told us the first game was free. He denied it and said that we need to pay to get the balls. So, the first time is NOT free. Overall, a very odd experience and very weird workers that sorta stand there and do nothing but stare at you. I don’t know if this is a unique issue because we’re people of color and this is a predominantly white area, but...

We went as a group of 8. The family 4 pack sounded like a great deal. Then you realize you only get 1/3 of the available games that you can play as "unlimited" and even many of these wouldn't work for us. Most of these free play games were older games that I've never seen before. And not even anything good like pacman. Several 2 player games would only play 1 person. Several racing games had so much play in wheels you couldn't steer. 1 even was glitching while playing. I swiped my card on several "free" games that just did nothing. We couldn't play anything that gave tickets or prizes. Why can't I just play skeeball and not earn the tickets... At least then I would have enjoyed 1 of the other arcade games. Air hockey tables were at least working. Bumber cars were OK. A bit boring as it was a very small area for 12 number cars [I get it]

The staff all seemed bored with their jobs. Not 1 person stood out as friendly. The girl in the concession area was even a bit rude and seemed like we were bothering her when we asked for no ice because there was No refills on the drinks, unless you spend $10 for a plastic bottle. No one was smiling or enjoying their jobs; except the guys doing the go carts. This is 1 of 2 positive aspect of our day that we enjoyed, mostly because the park was dead and we could go as many times as we wanted. [ rock climbing wall was okay also. - again unlimited turns] We even paid extra to do mini golf since the many of us felt like there wasn't much to do in terms of games [even some of the cash only items weren't working - not a single out of order sign] Mini golf course was pretty boring in terms of a challenge. There are no hazards or challenges, just strain tee to hole. The course itself wasn't maintenanced at all. Tall untrimmed bushes and grass and dirty course and water. This explains why the ENTIRE GROUP IS SUFFERING FROM CHIGGER BITES. We will not go back. It wasnt worth $250 and days of endless suffering and scratching, the entire family looks like it has...

They are really expensive. Also before we went we viewed their website and pricing and it was misleading instead of being free for 50 and over it was only for the water park. It was $40 per person. To go ride gokarts in a couple other things, all day. It was completely outrageous so we just did the pay for one ride to for each 8 dollars. The man running the gokarts was rude. I'm a thick woman and I needed the adult size so I could ride with my 10 year old daughter separately and he was rude but i brushed it off as it was funnyThen we played two games 4 times each for me and my daughter and it was $20. The girl that was behind the counter the cashier she was super nice but everything else just I would not recommend unless you got a buttload of cash for hardly nothing, and would like to be to make feel very heavy because one of the cars wouldn't fit and I was holding everything up.

What a fun experience! My husband and I purchased a Groupon for Whatz-Up Park. 2 hours unlimited play for 2 adults. They have Go Karts, Lazer tag, bumper cars, a wall to climb and mini golf. We did everything! Bumper cars twice and we still had more than enough time on our card. They have a good selection of games you can play too! The mini golf is pretty cool, it was probably my favorite. It's 40 credits, they have 3 different golf ball machine and you get to choose your own golf ball (you get to keep it) my husband and I really wanted the Pokémon ball one but it was out of order. So we got from the super hero one. He got Spider-Man and I got Deadpool. Overall, I enjoyed it and would come back!

Justin and his team were exceptionally nice and helpful! I am oxygen bound and can’t do the stairs and a young lady named Tyra took my grandchildren up there for bumper cars and took some pictures for me she definitely goes above and beyond! The pizza was AWESOME and all food reasonably priced! Attractions were also very reasonably priced I payed $20 per child to play unlimited for 3hours laser tag, rock climbing , bumper cars, and go carts! Then we went to water park to end the day spending more 3hours of water fun for only $12.50 I would definitely recommend this place all summer long fun for all ages
