Every year from 1995(4years old) to 2007( 16 years old) I would go to ValleyFair with my family. When the Wild Thing was 2 years old (I can't remember when it was put up) I went on it and I cried the first time scared. Than my brother told me just try it one more time and I did and I liked it I think because I knew when to expect. So I went on it like 6-7 times in a row. I loved the Wild Thing, the White Rollercoaster, the Blue Rollercoaster ( been so long I can't remember the names).... Ect...I am 33 years old now and I can't go on the rides anymore because as I got old my heart hasn't been the greatest and the last time I went to another fair( a small one) around my home town I couldn't breath and I honestly thought I was going to die from cardiac arrest. Since than I have been to scared to go one again which issad because growing up I would ask my parents to take me to ValleyFair! I miss Valley fair soooooo much. Never ever had a disappointment at ValleyFair. I want to thank Valley fair for giving me those happy exciting years of my life and I hope to come back even just sit and watch people ride rides. Read moreDecent ride, but considering the midcourse brakes slow the train down by a solid 15 to 20 mph, the second half is really boring. Besides that, the ride's layout is really drawn out, and doesn't have great pacing.
6/17/23 UPDATE: if you manage to ride it later in the day around 8:00 it's running much faster, and you get really good airtime.
