Poor customer service. Both the person running the register and the supervisor were unaware that the premium dining pass includes the reusable cup, and argued with us about it. The alternative is that the staff in the other locations are all wrong. At any rate, better efforts to set a consistent experience would be appreciated. I ended up being told that id need to buy a $20 cup, in addition to the $45 meal pass. I spoke with staff at two other booths and they both confirmed that reusable cup was supposed to be included with the package we purchased. Walk up window service within valley fair. They offer a variety of typical amusement park foods including chicken tenders, hotdogs, fries and even jucy lucy burgers. I ordered the jucy Lucy basket and had to wait a little bit to receive it. It comes with pickles on a nice soft bun the ketchup and mustard are on the sides of the building.
