TobaccoVape & Cigar — Attraction in Shasta Lake

I was given a Smok vape mod for Christmas this year. About 3 months ago it went wacko and started blazing up to 100 watts, snap crackle and pop. I called Smok...they said to take it back to the shop. In May I went in, the girl was new and said to bring it back when the owner was there. My son-in-law took it back for me as I had to leave town and was told too bad, what did you do to break it, etc. He was the one who spent time to find me a good mod, the owner recommended it.....and said it was good and you should never buy anything made in China. (Looking on the box bottom after the fact it is one made in China). The mod was a gift to a 58 year old woman, not a kid. I am quite disappointed that the gift is now in the garbage, and the attitude of the owner was quite disappointing, not to mention rude and accusatory. Guess on my home visits to SLC I won't be doing business with the shop. Your prices are reasonable for your supplies but your demeanor is less than reasonable and good money thrown in the garbage is not...

This shop is very neat and clean and I think their prices are fair. They have a lot of fun and unique items and I wish had been able to purchase a couple of them for myself, but couldn't due to the fact I was flying home. Rebecca (pretty sure is her name, thin short hair blonde kinda tall) provided amazing and friendly service! I told her I was looking for a couple of gifts to take home and my price range and she immediately went to work pulling items and helping me find what I was looking for. The building was very hard to find. There was no address nor any signs to indicate where to park or that I was even in the right area. I had to call just to make sure I was in the right place. I thought I ordered two bottles of strawberry vape juice, 100ml each; what I received was two 30ml bottles for the higher price. Definitely not worth the amount of $ I paid, when I know I can get the bigger bottles elsewhere.
