Didn't care for how they handled social distancing, this may have been the Challenger Cup and not the park. We tried to sit up on hill away from the crowd. The "field marshall" said we could not sit behind players. We were 15 or 20 feet back. Told him didnt want to sit in the crowd of people and there was no where to sit 6 feet apart. He said too bad those were the rules. Covid has changed all the rules and this was terrible handling of the situation. High School and professional events have spectators on both sides of the field so the reasoning should be updated for today's current situation. One team parents on one side and one team and parents on the other side to keep people further apart. There were large groups of people very close in proximity. The bathroom faucets and soap dispensers are very out dated and do not work well for hand washing. Should have touch free soap. The referees were professional and fair....
   Read moreRunning from my house the mile to Stump Park was my warm up...from Stump Park I ran the path south to the back of the indoor arena....turned left over the bridge following the path to the old Mill Historic marker....this was my turn around point....then headed back home....the easy access from Stump Park onto the path is great...when I got back to Stump Park on the path a guy was there flying his drone....so a few of us were out this fine morning at or near Stump Park...thanks...also the work along the path taking care of the heavy rains the last few years is doing...
