An important thing happened last night. I won more than 1400 in this casino. Then their staff and manager asked me to file a tax return. I have been to many casinos, but none of them is like this. They said you can not take the money, but you must file a tax return. So 1400 soon became 1500. They asked me to take out more than 400 to file a tax return. They also insulted me that I am not an American citizen and must file a tax return in this way. They also said that I can take the rest of the money. In the end, I lost 2500 in their place. Friends, have you ever encountered such a casino? It’s okay. I will ask my lawyer to deal with it. Friends, you can also pay attention to this casino to see how black-hearted they are. Thank you. I have been to many casinos across the United States, and this is the most unscrupulous casino I have ever encountered. It is a black-hearted casino. I don't know how the casino owner runs his business. If he continues to operate like this, I guess you will have to choose another industry. I have been to many, many casinos, and none of them hacks people's money like this. They don't let you take the money you win, and you can only let you take it when you lose it. They also insult me that I am not an American citizen, and they also insult me that my bank card savings is a business card, and my card is a Bank of America savings card. I would like to ask if your staff and managers have no experience and know nothing, then why are they still working? Casino owner, please give me a reasonable...
Read moreThis review has nothing to do with how tight their slots are, and they are tight. I just experienced a very shady sequence of events here. As usual at this casino, it was lose, lose, next machine, lose, lose, etc, but then I finally landed on a machine that wasn't just taking my money without throwing me an occasional bone. As I was in the middle of a decent little hit, the machine lost its signal and shut down. A tech got it back up and going, and he indicated that it was probably a power surge. Hmmm... The machine I was playing was the only machine affected by this mystery power surge. No other machines had a black screen (except for some new ones that have yet to be completely installed). I know this to be, because I had to walk around a bit to find someone to hail the technician for me, and every game I saw was up and running. After I left the machine, I took a lap around the casino, and all of the machines were running fine, but I digress... After about 15 minutes, the tech had my game back online. Big shocker here, but that machine didn't hit a thing afterwards. Lose, lose, lose. It could be coincidence, but I highly doubt it. It smells nefarious to me. I left. I...

After asking the players club about the mishap, they did not fix it.. I was only told that they don't "just give away" $100. That I would have to spend HUNDREDS ... of THOUSANDS... of dollars to be able to earn 100$ in free play. - which I did spend almost $1,000 between our first and second visit. I only had to earn 28 more points to get to 1,000... -
And if you're wondering - 1,000 points earned... only equals to the amount of $1... * 🚫❌❗
Didn't have a great 3rd time experience... I was extrememly disappointed in the points value and the players club bonus that I thought I won...
I won $30 on the penny machine though... after spending almost...
