Terrific local place of respite. Big city [cities] gal + it's delightful to sit in your car or a bench + enjoy. Any season.

Clean, others are nice, never knew lakes could have waves. Coming here from the west coast + surfers, it's great to see the lake surfers when conditions are right 🏄

It's an inland ocean. Still hope to take a boat ride some time.
