This is one of LA’s most popular falls. It’s a 60 foot waterfall drop and is pretty especially after during a rain. About half of the trail is shaded as you traversed along cabins, campsites and lake beds. We went during September during one of the hottest days and started around 7:30 AM. Parking is very limited and you have to have an adventure pass to park at Adams Station. We paid $20 but is was well worth it. We saw donkeys, snakes and a family of Bear along the trail. It’s family friendly and is a little over 3 miles round trip. There are lots of trails here one that goes to Mt. Wilson 7 miles hike one way.
