Red Bug Slough preserve back lot — Attraction in Siesta Key

The preserve itself is great. There are maybe three spots to park next to directly in front of the gate but that not the reason for one star. The reason for one star is because this entrance is plagued by inconsiderate morons that park on the shoulder of Gypsy St and treat the whole road like it’s a parking lot. They either open their door without looking or wander around the middle of the road to their car like they’re at Publix. Zero urgency or consideration that they’re on a decently busy street. I have straight up seen people having conversations in the middle of the road. In what other context would this be normal? Thankfully they put up those little orange sticks very recently to keep people off but I doubt that will stop these inconsiderate windowlickers. Otherwise outstanding...
