I certainly agree with some of the other reviewers in that you can't take a picture of this place that will do it justice. You have to see this place to understand how beautiful it is. It is a lovely walk. Thankful that the state decided to leave the old road in for this pathway.

There was a bit of sea fog the morning we walked, hence the reason for no pictures of the Lake.

Plenty of parking...

Obsessed with these views! Easy pull off on the side of the road and you can walk up the trail for the viewpoint OR there’s some sweet social trails that lead you to the cliff edges. From there you can see a little beach to the right and depending on the weather lately a waterfall will be on the left (you really gotta look for it though). Gorgeous...

This is a wonderful gem on the scenic drive. A bit of a mild but persistent incline to reach. Used to be the main road before they dug through the cliffs. First lookout stop on my North Shore trip and I could not believe how pretty it was. I really couldn’t believe that this is Mn (boy was I going to be in for a treat). Easy pull off after the tunnel. Little walk, or you could just stay right there! There’s a photo stand to take pictures, which is very nice to have as a solo traveler.

Cool place, but needs some benches for older visitors to catch there breathe, and sit fir a few minutes. Even another family asked down by the parking lot if there where any picnic tables. That would would be a great idea, to have a few by parking lot & maybe a few up the hill.
