
Great Slidell Park with an accessible playground for both average abled children and differently abled kids. The playground is nicely shaded and provides some relief from the sun. They have a ton of cool activities available from a mini climbing wall to a small zip slide/line. Lots of swings, even teeter totters! In fact, you'll usually see caregivers who can't resist having a turn on most of the equipment (and it's solidly built so it's safe and ok to do so).
Great place to get outside and spend some quality time with the kids in your life. There's a dog park available as well, not far from the playground. Often there are geocache locations nearby.

Read moreI'm not even sure why I'm answering this however, it's possibly one of Slidells best parks for outdoor ball. Again this is my opinion! However there is a need to spray for mosquitoes (come night fall they eat kids and small pets out here!)

Lots of fun equipment including a seesaw, tire swing, climbing wall, zip line and lots more. Felt like a fun park from the 80s instead of a generic fun-proofed, modern generic "park".
