Smithville Lake is a 7200 acre Lake less than 20 miles northwest of Kansas City, mo. with 777 campsites, 2 Docks 2 golf courses and 25 + Miles of Walking Trails. A great place to get out and walk or Photograph the lake, sunsets & wildlife, note parking during summer hours does cost a $5 but Clay county residents can buy a season permit. And there are Handicap accessible docks...
