Briscoe Park — Attraction in Snellville

I feel like I'm on lifeguard duty and I'm not on the payroll. Children are running around, jumping in the pool from the sidelines and horseplaying throughout. Apparently, swimsuit is not an option. They're allowing folk to swim as they are. Prices not posted, swim attire requirements not posted, pool rules not posted. My advice, get here early and leave before 2PM. Meghan check your voicemail that was left today, 6/13/22 around 1PM. Ask the young lady who collects the fees to share the photo of they lifeguard who stood around watching and participing in the foolishness. I think I heard the whistleblow maybe two times in three hours. Three lifeguards on duty, not working other than rotating their chairs. I am a disappointed taxpayer!!!! In closing, I paid $10 to include one minor child to swim while my other son I watched from the sidelines. This had better be standard practice or the county will hear from me. This park is another exquisite find! My pup and I enjoyed a nice and cool a.m. walk to get our heart pumping. It's very nice here, especially energetically. It is calm, and the sounds of the birds and geese follow you throughout the entire park. 🥰 There is plenty of parking here, 3 separate restroom buildings, and several different walking paths that you can experience. There are also 3 playgrounds so the kids can choose from a variety as they are all just a little different from one another. It is clean here, and quiet (well, in the a.m.) lol in the afternoon, it is lively and swarmed with athletes as there is a tennis court, 2 soccer fields, and a baseball field. If you're ever in the area and would enjoy a peaceful a.m. walk or a lively, entertaining p.m. walk, don't be afraid to check this place out 😁 Take care...

I am an Immigrant my self......park it self is very nice and beautiful, I've been going to it for the past 20 years of my life in America, but people are sooooo disrespectful to themselves and others and to nature..... To all the pigs and new immigrants out there...stop IT!!!!!! You've made it into a junk yard... so much trash, so much garbage all over the park, dog owners do not pick up the poop after their pets.... it's sad to see that Snellville has gone down so quick...😟... the city should make some strict rules and fines, have employees walking around and watching the area.... it's a kids place for God's Sake... have some respect for the nature... there are trashcans 3 steps away from you... pick your ass up and walk to the trashcan....😡don't...
