Ok came to buy something I saw at internet (15:40, it said they close at 16:00) the sign said OPEN, I ring the bell and nobody open, after a couple mins a couple comes out form other door and asked me “how can I help you?” I told them I came to buy something I saw at their craigslist ads, but they didn’t care… My point is, if they don’t goin to respect their own hours, I recommend change it here, I came from far just to buy them some for sure, I would understand if were 15:55 and they’re almost close. This review is about the customer service of KTS Karaoke. They were very helpful and quick on solving the issue I had. I bought an IDOLpro 1300W Professional Karaoke Digital Echo Mixing Amplifier, and it had a problem with the sound.
