Every time I have passed by this property it has been closed to the public. The property is littered with dumpsters and trailers. The property has posted no trespassing signs and cameras. This is all in sharp contrast to what this property is supposed to be based upon the deed excerpt pictured and the full deed filed in Middlesex County *"benefit to the public by virtue of preserving the Property in its natural state" The property is far from natural state being fully fenced and closed to the public at all times. *"Grantor intends to maintain and use the property as a center for environmental education and nature center, including: trail heads for walking, riding and biking on the property and adjacent Township lands, educational exhibits and programs and horse stables" There are no trail heads to be seen and all travel off of the public road this property resides is discouraged by signage nailed to trees. "PUBLIC ACCESS. As an environmental education/nature center it is anticipated that most of the activities will be free to the public, such as use of the trail system and viewing the nature center exhibits. It is anticipated that the nature center building will be open for certain posted hours throughout the day and that TRAILS WILL BE OPEN FORM DAWN TO DUSK" The pictures attached were taken on a Saturday at 11 AM. They speak for themselves. If you are reading this and wish to have outdoor recreation at the dismal swamp the deed should be rescinded and returned to the state DEP. Then reissued the the county and added to the Middlesex County Park system. Please reach out to state DEP Please reach out to our Freeholders

One of if not the most best kept secret in Edison. You’ll find a very interesting horse ranch and beautiful woodlands as well as wetlands and lots of wildlife everywhere you look. There’s a couple of different options they have you can either go visit the animals or use there beautiful trails. They have set up you can go for a walk or hiking or biking they don’t allow motorized vehicles. This was a truly relaxing and fun experience. If you’re in the area definitely...
