Southborough Library — Attraction in Southborough

First time at the Library to pick up a book at curbside pick up. Disgruntled "male" employee couldn't tell me enough how he was "doing me a favor" by bringing the book out to me on a Saturday afternoon. (It wasn't busy.) I told him I have a broken toe and appreciate it. He then repeats that curbside pick up is only available Mon-Fri and it won't be allowed again. Wow! I grew up in Brooklyn NY which still has a large central library branch located at the Grand Army Plaza. It was a pleasure to study there because their policy required that all talking was to be at a whisper, so as not to disturb those reading or studying. How I wish that were the case in our town library. I respect those who are on the staff who are always helpful and friendly but they talk aloud which I suspect is in accord with their policy.
