Lilac Lanes & Casino — Attraction in Spokane

Casino dealers are great and nice but stay away. Way too many decks in blackjack, odds are bad. Blackjack is said to be a 51 house 49 player but in my many visits the odds here are far less. It's more like 75 house 25 player. I got 200 and won two hands betting 10. Forget that side bet its not just a losing bet but borderline scam bet. I've donated thousands here and may have won a couple hundred and I walk away when up but out of my dozens of visits have only been up a couple times. Stay away. Zero loyalty players card, reward or comps. At least at northern quest I get comps when I lose. Take the extra drive to NQ and stay away from lilac lanes casino unless all you care about are friendly dealers. I tooka couple week break and came back tonight and won three hands was it and a couple matches. Probably bet over hundred on the side bet and may have won twenty.house always wins I know that but you should win a couple hands while doing so. This place is just not good. I keep saying I won't go back, gave it another chance and will not be going back. I know they don't care but they should care about losing a regular. there's a reason why it's dead everything I go. Paid for an hour of bowling. Ordered pizza within first five minutes. Started bowling, Lane screwed up 2 separate times with no help when pushing the help button for desk. Therefore wasting about 10 minutes of bowling time. Instead of starting us over just got pushed to another lane same time on clock. Then after about 30 minutes, the group that came in 10 minutes after us got their pizza. We still haven't received ours. Finally got our food now we have to eat hastily while bowling a round, that ends with one frame left. Then in comes the league, that supposedly starts at 2:30 to rudely run us off. We weren't told that they were to start at that time and we were still eating our pizza when they were pushing us out of the place. If I didn't have my 5 year old niece with us I would have made a scene when the ass from the league was putting his stuff down right next to us while we were still eating. Will never go back and will never recommend to anyone. So I hope your league pays your bills and you never get another walk in customer. We went for my son's birthday and overall it was a okay experience. The staff was definitely not excited to be there from the front staff to the person taking our food order. We spent $250 on 2 lanes that came with 2 pizzas and 4 sodas.

We checked in early to "beat the rush" and the guy checking us in said we needed to come up closer to start time to get our shoes and ask for the "birthday special" with the bowling ball. When it got closer to time there was a long line so I went and politely asked, "we had checked in early so we would beat the rush, is there someone else who can get our shoes for us or are you the only one"? He dryly says, "I'm the only one here. You have to go to the end of the line and points at the end". I was being nice and he was simply happy to irritate me. I went to the end of the line and had to wait another 15 minutes to get all our shoes and wasted 20 minutes of our 2 hours of renting time. All because he told us we had to wait to get our shoes until it got closer to time. He should have just given us our shoes upon check in.
