Pattison's North Skating Center — Attraction in Spokane

I have loved Pattison's all my life and regularly attend school skate nights with my kids and Sunday's later "retro night" sessions. I have always enjoyed my experience until I made the horrible mistake of celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday there. It was the worst experience ever. The hostesses did nothing to help me, literally made no effort at all, the pizza tasted disgusting and the $60 up-charge for a "glow party" was a joke. I could have done the same thing on my own with Pizza Hut's pizza and dollar store items for far less than half the price I paid tonight. When I confronted the hostesses about my unhappiness with the quality of the pizza and the service they didnt provide me they became outright disrespectful to me. NEVER HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE!!! My advice: Just pay for ten kids to skate, buy a pizza and pitcher of soda and grab a booth for the long-haul, you're way better...

What a gem! Skating is still a blast, even after all these years. Awesome place and awesome family ownership that truly cares and knows that they are doing. My kids and I had a great time there last week. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and drinks. Clean facilities. And all of centered around one word….FUN. The other reviews are right too, in that literally ALL AGES were having fun. From a little wobbly 4 year old to a fast zooming 84 year old. Everyone had fun, everyone was all smiles and supportive, it was all my kids talked about for days, even the one who used the roller-support-thingy. She tried the normal skates, fast skates and settled on the rollerblades. She said it felt like she was flying. We will definitely return and more than likely for a birthday party too.
