Recently I attended a beautiful wedding followed by reception. There was more than enough space for 200+ guests for the ceremony on the 1st floor. Followed with the reception on the 2nd floor. The bridal party had enough space and rooms(horse stalls) to get ready as well as keep the bride and groom separated before the ceremony on the 1st floor. Enough seating, room for a full bar, dance floor, DJ, and private entrances if wanted for VIPs on the 2nd floor. Beautiful grounds for pictures, and more than enough parking for all. All in all, it's a very rustic feel. The direction we're fairly good for getting there and out. The problems I encountered from directions were from detours i believe. The only negative thing I can say about this venue is that being historical, you can't have any heating and no running water, as well as a dirt entrance and parking lot. If wet, prepare for some mud. That being said there is a round about at the entranceto drop guests off or use valets. If used during a cold season, be prepared and let guests know ahead of time. I strongly recommend any...
