A woman was blasting music in the area of the Legacy garden while she was working out for 40 minutes at Glenwood Gardens this evening. I could hear it all the way at the .4 mile marker on the paved trail. Other people looked agitated by the noise too as they walked by. Earlier this year there were teenagers smoking and playing music at the first overlook at the Gorge trail. I'm sensitive to smoke and not good for the health of the wildlife either. I think there are more people unhappy then it seems an they may not have the time to leave a review. Any consideration of these suggestions and positive changes made would be greatly appreciated. Everyone deserves to feel relaxed and safe every walk they take in the Great...
