Attempted to use Smart Home Solutions to spend my money locally. They clearly did NOT take the time to read my inquiry that I took the time to write. I received immediate responses that were literally asking for the information that I put in my inquiry on their website. Their final message to me was "immediate responses on a Sunday from a cell phone..." I did not ask for immediate responses on a Sunday. More professional would have been to actually READ my inquiry and respond appropriately on their next business day. I asked for a quote and instead received multiple responses asking for information that I already provided. Not the level of detail I want performing work in my home.

Edit: As is even more clear by their response below - they still clearly did NOT read my inquiry that I submitted as I did NOT ask about a 98" TV - The correspondence was via email with FOUR responses from them, all of which contained all of the information I initially requested. The responses I received via email were clearly by someone uninterested in what the potential...

I HIGHLY recoomend Smart Home Solutions. If I could get them more than 5 stars I would. My initial consultation was with James (co-owner), who walked me through every possible option to get me the exact video surveillance, speakers, and smart device package I was looking for. He talked through value vs. price and I never felt like he was "selling" me anything I didn't need. After the sale he stayed in constant communication with me through the entire process.

Marty (who co-owns the business with James) was on-site for my initial walk-through and explained where things were going and why they were going there. Marty was also there after install was complete to help hook up our devices and walk me through how to use everything they installed.

Our installer was equally professional and helpful.

I can't say enough good things about this team and if you need smart home devices you'd be nuts not to at least call these guys before deciding to go with another company. They're never pushy and they are as transparent and helpful as you...
