Closed permanently. Bought out by one of the partners. Had product that was bad and tried to stop by to get warranty, no one was ever there. Stopped at the farmers market, was told to stop by again that afternoon. Stopped by, nobody was there. Stopped another couple times, no one there. Now new business name on door, called them. The buy out happened last week. Was told he will not honor the warranty now, even though he was the one who originally sold it to us and also told us to stop by. Not good business practice at all. There are other options in town, highly recommend...

Microvora goes above and beyond. When I purchased a couple of grow kits that were past their time (which I didn't know) from a business selling Microvora products, and I contacted Microvora to let them know; they replaced them at NO CHARGE and even followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to ensure mushrooms were growing.
