Being fairly new to the company I'm with now there are always those programs you don't have that you need, and hiccups in small things... getting setup on a new computer is equivalent to going to the DMV. ClearCom helped me navigate all that with ease. But the reason I'm writing this review is because there was one program in particular which allows me to view 3D models, take dimensions I need from the models, etc. - more of a specialty program that requires IT passwords and license agreements and install time and all that - and to be honest I just dreaded asking because I didn't know what all would come of it. But I finally had to do it because the same program on my phone was becoming too difficult to use all the time. LONG STORY SHORT, I put in the IT Ticket and Alex Jolie had me up and running in like, ten minutes or something. (I even looked up his name for this review to make sure he gets the credit for how awesome he did). Who freckin' likes to do IT tickets? I already have a problem that I can't fix and that's frustrating enough, but then to have to write a ticket and wait on a reply and maybe it can be installed, maybe it can't .... no, no, no, no, no - it was so much easier than that with Alex. 5 stars. Program runs great and has saved the day at least once already, which makes me look good...
Read moreA few weeks ago, auto dealers were affected by a hacking event in a major program used by dealers all across the nation. Once it started working again there was a lot of back and forth regarding major bugs with communications. Our dealership uses ClearCom IT, and they were able to take that back and forth off of my hands so I could continue to work.
