If you are going to buy here avoid them deieverling to your home. The movers were extremely carless, including the owner of the store who helped the movers. We JUST bought our house. And because of the movers, including the owner, we have dents and holes and scratches all over the place. The owner even stopped after hitting the wall looked at the deep cut he made in the wall and continued on like nothing had happened. His men came back and forth 4 times for missing pieces of the furniture. And the owner said he would return to take a look at the damanged walls when one of his men was already here, he could have done something right then. And then he doesn't call but stops by our house at a time we are not home without warning and expects us to call to set up an appointment for him to look at the damage he knows he did but has to "inspect" to make sure. Unacceptable. The furniture is at a good price and we are military so we got a discount. But is it worth not being taken care of? Worth having our BRAND NEW HOME be damaged and turned around saying it was "already there". Ridiculous. The credit lady there is AMAZING though. She should work else where for...

I wish we read these reviews before buying furniture from this place. After looking for a bedroom set from all the stores in town we drove passed this store and decided to go inside. We picked out and paid for a dark brown/espresso colored king bedroom set. They said it would be ready the following week. We didn't want to wait for them to deliver it (which would have taken 3weeks) so we said we would pick it up. We rented a uhaul and picked up the set the following week. We got it home and up to the second floor only to find out that the footboard is white!! They did nothing to fix the problem! They claim to have ordered a new one but when we called to see if it was being delivered they acted like they didn't know who we were. They said they would come to pickup the footboard and deliver us the correct one. That never happened!! We ended up having to bring the footboard back to them ourselves and take the right color footboard off of a floor model😤😤😤😤😤😤😤. This place is a joke. We will never buy anything from this place. They have zero customer service. Save yourself a headache and stay away...

I use to love this store until the original manager left. I had an outstanding history of making my payments ON TIME. But if something came up, I would call and let them know I'm going to be late.

When he left, new management took over. The FIRST time I realized I would be late....I called and let the staff know. I started receiving calls, text messages, letters, my references were contacted. It triggered something inside of me and I started to have the "I'll pay you whenever" attitude.

I worked in collections and if a customer calls in and tells the staff....xyz, you write it up. You don't constantly call from the store phone and your cell phone. Unless, the person breaks the promise. By this time, I don't care and have the WORST attitude towards this company.

That is so ANNOYING! Can't wait to pay this account off to be DONE WITH THEM.
