Bouncer World SC — Local services in Sumter

The original booking was a breeze until we found out that the person paying for the rental had to be onsite at time of delivery. Very inconvenient. But thankfully, after lots of time spent on the phone, the company was able to meet me prior to delivery to collect the information needed. They asked to deliver a day early, which was okay, but one table was wobbly and broken. We asked that the table be replaced with a table that wasn’t broken and we’re told “We don’t have time to do that. We have other deliveries today” we also offered to just pay for one less table, but that wasn’t possible. When the replacement table was delivered we were told “You have to understand that we have other clients to service”. I had used this company in the past and was very pleased. But something has changed and this will be my last time using them. As an event planner, I was mortified by the treatment and over all experience! I did attempt to call and speak with the owner but was met with resistance and found out that he was one of the people completing the delivery. I rented tents, chairs and tables from this company for mt wedding. I liked the managers from the moment I met them for the survey. I was shown nothing but kindness and professionalism. I recieved several compliments on the tent and am extremely grateful that I was allowed to make such a last minute change by asking for a second tent the day before delivery. (Part of it was luck because it was avaliable, but the company was exceptionally accommodating and sympathetic that my wedding day was going to be a rainy one) was impressed by how prompt they were. I rented a bounce house for my nephew's birthday party and from reservation to set up and pickup everyone was very attentive, kind, professional, and invested in ensuring we had a great party and that the kids had fun. I had to add chairs last minute and no problem they had it covered. We had a rainy day and they offered us an extra day to give the kids more time to enjoy bouncing. My nephew told me he had so much fun and the "best day ever" and it's all thanks to Ashley and her team at Bouncer World SC.
