First 1/2 mile is over boardwalk with floodplains, always good for ducks and geese. When it's drier, there are mud flats here.

Rest of the path is 6ft wide concrete, with either lake or forest.

At the end, approx 1.2miles, a bridge connects to Suwanee Greenway. This goes all the way to Suwanee Creek Park, approx another 4 miles.

End to end it's about a 9.2 mile...

Great trail, shaded in some areas. Boardwalk style in some areas around the pond. Lots of turtles in there. Saw lizards and deer also. Great place to walk. Lots of people on bikes...

They really need to expand this greenway. It's really crowded during the day. The best time to come is at sunset and watch the fireflies do...
