As a retired nurse, have to assume fella's unwashed hand had a cut. Important to client, respect of hygiene etc. I am sure the 5:30-6pm delivery, both men worn. So I did my best to clean and sanitize area. Payment of all items in full was over $5,000. Was told since no full size mattress of "plush" in stock, and twin not desired, queen or a 6 wk wait. I bought a mattress cover, but wish You had "bed bug" cover to sell. The mattress is near 14"deep. Many cities have problems with bed bugs, this one included. But under circumstances of my need to escape long term harm in Cincinnati, fleeing only what I could fit in my car, this Senior female lucked out for I could no longer afford hotels and I knew nothing about this area; GPS could get No signal....
I am very disappointed with the service team. I bought a couch which I absolutely love, it is a lazy boy and is very comfortable. However, there are to many dishonest people working at this company. When I bought the couch the sales rep told me that billing would start upon delivery of the couch. I have a sales receipt showing that I picked the couch up on August 4. I received no bill in September so I called to find out where that was. Come to find out, the person whom I spoke with said that, "Oh, we (Frazier & Son) never started the billing process. It is started now and you will receive a bill shortly." STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED BILL. To make matters worse, I went back to this store to get this straightened out because I wanted to buy more furniture. The sales rep I spoke with this time, the same lady who sold me the couch, told me that, "I never told you that the billing would start upon delivery of item." Truth is, yes she did. Then I told her about my conversation I had with someone at the store about the billing process not being started, this woman again told me that that wasn't true. I WISH I NEVER OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE! I need to furnish my whole house and guess who will NOT be getting my business? The dishonest people at...

Not only do they carry the brand I wanted, but the staff was amazing with my custom order. I was walked through each step of the ordering process with ease. Ordering a custom sofa took some time but it was well worth the wait. They deliver too! The delivery drivers were great. They were respectful, courteous, and sting enough to lift the sofa 10 feet in the air to get it over the deck railing and through the only door in the house it would fit through.
