Taco Thursdays! We had blackened shrimp tacos and steak tacos. Chicken fingers and fries for the kid. Corn dip for an appetizer. Drinks including exceptional peanut butter stout from Outlaw Brewing. Great meal. $75 with tip. Food was so good we went back two nights later and had the schnitzel, meatloaf, and crostini. Everything was delicious and prepared fresh. With more chicken fingers for the kid, two beers and tip, the total was $90. Well worth it.

We're locals and wanted to try this place again after new ownership. I got the tilapia fish taco special. The fish was so very dry and was overloaded with cabbage. The kitchen forgot to add the avocado as advertised. (I asked for no pico de gallo). The flowers on the table were half dead and needed to be replaced. However, our waitress was fantastic and very attentive. We'll come back to try it again.

Took a weekend trip to NH and on the way back home came across this quaint dinner. Very cozy and welcoming. We had the calamari appetizer,, fried Chicken dinner/onion rings, Reuben sandwich/onion rings and a chicken finger basket. Food was good. My ice tea was just how I like it. Definitely a spot to save on my places to re-vist.

Horrible service, knew it right off the bat and walked out within 10 minutes. I contemplated writing this review because I was having an off day myself but I awoke this morning with my very short lived experience still not sitting well with me....so I figured I'd share my story. Rude, rude, rude! I'll start with our arrival....just myself and my 7 year old daughter....we walked in, there was a gentleman standing in the kitchen. He looked directly at us, I smiled, not even smirk back, he just stared at us with a blank look on his face...Ok fine, maybe he is a cook and doesn't Interact with customers....a woman now comes into view and I hear, "Seat yaself". I see a little boy walking with her and he runs into the kitchen, dirty barefeet, might I add.... Not a hello, NO greeting whatsover....So we proceed to seat ourselves. There was one other couple already eating in the entire restaurant. We wait a few minutes and said woman comes to the table and says, "Just the 2 of you?" Still no greeting of any kind....I said, "Yes just us", and she places 2 menus on the table and walks away. No drink order taken, nada....now another gentleman enters and sits down at a table. She walks right over to him, conversates for a moment and walks away, she comes back with a beer for him and walks away....she then comes back to the dining area to said gentleman's table and asks if he is all set....still without even taking a drink order from our table. So...I got up and walked out...the woman comes out behind me, very sassy and rude and says , "ma'am he called his order in". And I said, " I'm all set"....and she, as ignorantly as she could, said, "Byeeeeeeeeeee", I was appalled to say the least...Ok, so he called his order in, doesn't make a difference that we were shown zero priority as walk in patrons....side note....my daughter is biracial...cant help but think that was the "problem" to begin with. Nothing about this place felt comfortable. Guess you have to be with "in" crowd to be treated decently..... rant over...now I...

I have a food allergy, luckily i can handle a bit of cross contamination. I approached the owner and inquired if they would be willing to prepare my food in a separate pan, at additional cost, so I could dine there regularly. At first I met with both cooks and all was fine. After a few months I began having small reactions, but only some of the time. If you have a food allergy you understand how hard it is to find the problem. I dismissed the dinner at first as I had an agreement with the owner, and paid extra for that service. Then, after weeks of discomfort, I investigated the Dinner Table as the source. I found that the owners son, one of the cooks, had decided that I was lying to him and it was too much trouble for him to cook my order.[not to much trouble to charge me though] I very politely said that this was not so and that I had small reactions due to his decision to charge me for a service then not provide it, I quietly left the kitchen entry door. A minute later, in the public dinning room the owner came out of the kitchen and publicly/loudly/proudly, scolded me for UPSETTING the cook. ! SO IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY AND DON'T WAN'T TO DIE then don't go here, they don't care about YOU. your LIFE, or YOUR FAMILY. only about charging you as much as they...

My husband and I have liked going to The Diner Table, we walked in tonight to see the walls and trim painted a bright red and odd blue. It clashed with the table and booth colors. I did not see the usual faces or menu. It had little selection and higher prices. Ordered the special, which was pork chops and gnocchi with a tomato and jalapeño topping. My husband asked them to not put that on...it came with it and they scraped it off out back. I had a mushroom burger with mixed veggies on the side, cooked medium. It came cooked well. Both the gnocchi and veggies were swimming in oil. No condiments were on the table and the waitress did not offer any. I asked for mayo and mustard after i ate my vegetables because noone came back b4 then. I was brought mayo and honey mustard. The porkchops were dry. Our bill was $50 including tip. We will not be back. I miss the previous owners, quality and good service. Hardly anyone was...
