I Googled indoor play spots spur-of-the-moment and found this place. The two staff members who greeted us were really friendly and welcoming, they gave us a rundown of the boundaries and expectations, and they invited us to look around and ask questions. There weren’t a lot of kids there; it was around 10:45. My older two (5&3) played hard for two hours and were so worn out at the end that they said they didn’t want to do even one more activity. My baby enjoyed the toddler/infant area, which was large, well-padded, well-stocked with a variety of toys, and really clean. I would have loved to have seen swings for the older kids, a trampoline, and a ball pit. One indoor park I went to a few years ago even had padded soccer goal areas and basketball, and different scooters for the kids (along with everything at Sylvania and the things mentioned above) for about the same price in a similar type of area. It would be awesome if there were membership options. Really enjoyed it! Worth going to and we will visit again! Updated Review: Just visited again for the second time. I brought my 5 and 2 year olds. We stayed for an hour and 45 mins and bought the unlimited day passes. It’s been about a year and a half or so since the first visit, and this time it was much busier and dirtier. Something that makes no sense at all is that the children aren’t supposed to wear shoes on the mats or in the play areas, but all of the adults do and are not expected to remove them. They walk in the same areas as the kids play. It was filthy. I had to wash everything when we got home. I didn’t wear shoes because that doesn’t make sense, and even my light purple socks are black now. 😅 Playland is a great concept but needs improvement, especially at that price point. We’ll take another long break.

First time there. Grandkids really enjoyed. Was looking for somewhere to take them by them being so young. They enjoyed it. Older grands not really for them. But they had a good time.

Most of the time our son loves this place but yesterday was a much different experience than we usual have. My son who has always been able to go on all of the inflatables was told he was not tall enough. We even had him measured and remeasured. The attendant still would not let him ride. From my point of view which was eye level with him, he was tall enough, the top of his head touched the yellow sponge bob line, but the attendant said no. she never even made any effort to get a better look she just said no. Even though he was clearly tall enough. Needless to say my son was very upset when we went back in and I had to tell him he couldn't go on Batman, which is his favorite. The teen attendants inside the play area were not very attentive, constantly on their phones and only wanted to enforce what they wanted too by telling my wife that our son could go on the big slide. There was even a little girl who got hurt in the tweety bird house, right next to where the attendant's were glued to their phones, and neither one of they went to check on the little girl. I find it kind of odd that they won't let kids go on the bouncy houses but are perfectly fine with them climbing on large wooden play houses and super fast slides. The young staff they had there showed no interest in helping out, doing their jobs or putting in just a little bit of effort to make sure everyone is safe. Needless to say we will not be going back...

Disappointed, I took my 2 yr old here a couple times, first time was pretty good, wasn't really busy, not a whole lot of ppl,she had fun ,and we played some games in the lobby, second time however, there were quite a few more ppl, appeared to be two birthday parties going on in the party rooms, which I did not know when I paid. This time around , I felt like this was no place for a two year old, yes, there is a section just for 3 and under, but there were older kids playing in that section, and some of the parents and their children just were not very friendly to my little girl, I felt out of place with my child, and after a somewhat awkward interaction with my toddler and another, I decided that after this mother kept removing her child from the presence of my child,it was time to go. I will not be re-visiting this establishment, maybe it was a class issue with this mother and my child, maybe it was just that we are too friendly for this area, either way, it is not a place for small children, especially if there are birthday parties going on, had I known there were so many older children there at the time,I probably would have just left and returned another day. On a good note,it is clean and there are lots of things for somewhat older children to do, ages maybe 7 and up, mini golf, arcade games, playground equipment, large bounce houses..ice...
