My friend brought me and my 4 & 6 year old last Tuesday. I was so exited when we arrived because I never expected such a huge Playground and amazing splash pad with slide. My girls are obsessed with slides so when they saw the one in the splash pad they ran to it. The water area is fenced in, and all rubber mat for them to run around on, the slide itself is pretty impressive. My daughter had to have went on it over 30 times. Please note it is very fast as water is trickling down if, so you may wanna be aware if your kids are under 2 years of age. My girls did get slide burn as the slide very fast and come flying out in the rubber mat below. The playground is massive, there are actually 2, one on the left for younger kids, toddler age, and smaller, and the larger playground to your right has larger slides, monkey bars and a huge climbing apparatus, almost like a castle. It’s impressive. There is also a huge covered area where you can have parties and BBQs with a Grill and plenty of picnics tables. There is bathrooms, vending machines and even an Ice Cream 🍩 machine which comes in very handy for there warm months ahead! I truly love this park and don’t mind the 15 min drive to get here, especially since it’s Free and the kids just can’t get enough. Looking forward to returning here soon, as it’s all the girls have talked about...

This was a very well maintained park and playground to go to with little kids on Ranch Road (old Holmberg). We visited with a five year old that loved it. We spent about an hour and a half there and there were a dozen or so kids under 10 already there, all having a good time. The grounds are neat and attractive. All the ground is covered with either grass or a thick covering of fallen leaves. We noticed no bare spots. The play equipment is in excellent condition and was a lot of fun for our boy. There is a splash pad that no one was using on the cool day that we visited. There are plenty of shaded seats for the adults to sit and talk to one another while keeping an eye on the kids. The park makes cans of insecticide available, at no charge, but insects were not a problem the day we visited. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the restrooms. Most parks do not keep them as clean as we found at Liberty Park. They were in fact cleaner than most...

Playground area was well maintained. They have an area for the smaller kids and then another one for 5-12 years. My kids loved it because of the options. Also, the structure of the playground brings an adventurous, nature kind of theme which again my kids enjoyed. They also had a splash pad and off repellent near by as there are a lot of mosquitoes. I think that was a downfall for the park. They have a lot of trees for shade and it gives life to the playground but with that comes a lot of flys, bugs and mosquitoes.

On a brighter note, they had a lot of tables even in the play areas which is convenient especially for the smaller kids and ample seating area for the families. Dog park wasn't too far from playground either.

I would go again and I'd recommend this park, just bring your own bug spray or dress...
