HOMEE, Inc. — Attraction in Tampa

Don't use this service! I was hesitant to use them at first and then I received a call from the owner asking me to give them a shot as their professionals had over 25 years of experience. I then requested the service and it was a 3 day plumbing nightmare. After his "professional" left on the first day of work, I had 2 toilets overflowing and sewer was returning through the shower drains. One of my bedrooms carpet was completely socked by sewer water and it needs replacement. He sent in a different guy on the second day and $400 later and over 4 hours of labor, problem was not resolved. They guy even made me go to Home Depot and purchase a new toilet. On the 3rd day, I called a plumber, not HOMEE, and all I had was a clogged pipe. It took the plumber 15 minutes to resolve the problem with the proper equipment. I called HOMEE and spoke with the owner, and I explained the problem. He apologized and said their service is not for everybody and he would refund me for ALL the fees and charges associated with my bad experience. I still have not seen the refund and after multiple phone calls, the owner finally answered the phone and said, very unprofessionally, that I'm confused. He said he is not refunding me for the second job and that I could file a claim with my credit card if I wanted to. He then hung up the phone on me for the second time. Conclusion: I paid a whole lot of money for nothing, they don't have any qualified "professionals", their word means nothing and they don't know how to...

So much to say in very little words, let me start by say what a wonderful company to work for! When I was first recruited by the homee team in my location at the Home Depot, they we’re very professional on how they approached me, This management team explained every detail on how this company started and where it will be in the up coming future. Me being who I am I kinda had my second thoughts on if I wanted to join or not. I had my own work and company running very well but I figured I will join and take my chances . Until I got my very first break after joining the homee team I realized that this is the new beginning of a billion dollar Industry! Not only the work flow is steady but it’s a very professional organization to work for. The management team that I work with day in and night does such an amazing job with every detail and scope of work. The skills with Professionalism and organization makes my job much easier just to show up and take care of the solution. I see my future with this company growing more and more! If I could use one word to describe this company it would be (wonderful )! I will recommend this company to any individual that’s ready to grow with a potential organization for many years to come. YES YES YES. Just do it. I want to keep pressing that button. John D came out and did an incredible job. Professional, clean, and a man who knows how to use a vacuum. Some ladies wouldn't believe it but it is true. Seriously, I am very satisfied with this job. The thing I like is they go to the store and pause the app and don't charge you for the time they are at the store. He was at my house within 1 hour which is pretty mind blowing. I am very very happy with this guy who was at my house. At any rate.. do not hesitate to have them come and work at your house . They screen these guys and you are not getting some creepy criminal at your door. I used to find people on another website but I kept looking at mugshots dot com and finding their criminal records.
