Let me start off by saying if I could give it a zero stars I would My name is Jonathan I have been a member of their gym a little under a month and I have been meet with nothing but rudeness and frankly one of the worse customer service I have ever experience by a operations manager named Ashley at . to start off I signed up for a membership at this specific gym because it was a convenient area for me and my buddy to exercise since he has been helping me lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle . The issue all started because my buddy has a single membership to another club but not the one we were currently going to but to balance that issue out I signed up for the highest membership you can have with two guest privileges. The manager was unable to provide anything in either of our contracts that would null or break contract with me bringing him along as my guest since I was paying extra just for that reason ,on top of that she kept pushing on that fact the “main reason they allow guest and make them sign in is so they could make money off of them “ .further more when I brought up me wanting to cancel my membership since it not longer made since for me to have it they got visible aggravated and hostile questioning my decision . When it came down to cancelling my membership she stated it would be a “25 dollar cancellation fee” which doesn’t make since and is outrageous but I said fine since I just wanted the whole situation to be over with and yet when it came down to canceling it she said “her system was down and could not process the request but she would put a note so ESPORTA would honor the cancellation date to be 1-19-2023” . I left today 1-19-2023 disgusted and disappointed at the way the operations manager Ashley at the address listed above handled the situation. I feel robbed of time and money as well as emotionally hurt . I have been to other gyms before but none were as unprofessional and unhelpful as this one . Further more the facilities like the bathroom ,locker room and sauna are very much under kept . The lack of cleanliness for the machines and bathrooms have been surprising since the other gyms I have visited have been very clean . Before you go and sign a contract try other places there are way better places then this one 10/10...

I even went last week and they said manager will do (RUDE Manager Steven S.) as I went on Sunday they said manager will do this only on Monday to Friday 8-6pm but they can charge you even at Sunday or other day but can’t cancel your membership on Saturday or Friday can’t able to justify why so this Rule, I thick just to take advantage of people money so they become more rich, for you $100 nothing but for me it’s a lot. They just want to take money but can’t talk nicely even talk or address you. My wife she is not using membership from 6 months called several time my wife is out of country can’t come to do this. RUDE- Manager Steven s. Said to me if you use Netflix and don’t watch even you need to pay, I understand but Netflix cancel membership any time on CALL AND EVEN Refund if you don’t use so Master RUDE Steven S. , you should understand that people have there on limits and life here they are not free everyday to come to do that, you charge or take new membership any day any time but not cancel membership which show how irritating and irresponsible you are and your team. As I mention I came last week and 2 of your team member said I will get refunded and cancel the membership without any additional problem. I know them but I don’t want to mention there name as you will FIRED THEM and I don’t want to any job loss because of your RUDE BEHAVIOR and ATTITUDE. Read moreThis place is only interested in taking your money. Super scummy. I have reported them to the ftc and the Florida dept of Agriculture and consumer services. Their previous manager Lisa promised my friend and I many things in order to sign a personal training contract, none of which turned out to be true. This is considered a bad faith contract. We went to the gym and explained our situation, and to ask for a voided contract, and were informed by the training director noel that lisa had since been fired for doing this kind of stuff. I kept getting promises of return calls that never came, and After spending a MONTH giving us the runaround, I was told by someone at the gym, Cole, that if they were to void the contract, it would hurt the bottom line of the gym. He basically said they were putting their profits over doing the ethical thing. He then told us he would contact someone higher up, and if they wouldn't make the decision to void it, he would make that decision to get this resolved. He said he would call me. He never did. He left a voice mail for my friend instead and told her he couldn't make the decision?! After all was said and done, they refused to void the contract and forced us to pay the 50% cost of the contract to cancel it. We spent over 1000 bucks for a whopping total of two personal training sessions we were able to attend with an inexperienced trainer who has since also left the gym. Screw unethical, greedy places like this. Don't sign any contracts with them. They will take your money, whether they provide the agreed upon...
