If you asked me what word describes my experience it would be scary… I went with my girlfriend yesterday and rode the different trails on our horses. The trails Narrows to about 2ish feet in some areas and at one point my horses back left foot fell through leaving behind a one and a half foot wide trail. It makes my hands just sweat thinking about it. The trails are not maintained for horses. We could get in and out of the camp with a two horse trailer with no problem anything bigger would be a tight squeeze unless you’re an experience hauler. The camp is clean and the people are friendly. When we got back down the mountain we ran into somebody that had slipped and fell breaking her collarbone. I definitely wouldn’t bring young kids too far on the trail and have them walk on the...

The dripping springs trail head is the start of the dripping springs trail. About a quarter mile in it forks, to the right of the fork the dripping springs trail continues and the left is the wild horse trail. The dripping springs trail is about 7 miles while the wild horse is 10. They both seem to go to the tops of the mountains. I did a few miles of the dripping springs trail and it was very cool, the views are really great and Im excited to try the...

Super cool trail and well marked. We did about 6.4 miles and it took 2 hours to complete. The blooms right now are amazing. According to the map it loops around. Not sure though. According to some other hikers once you get higher up the path it isn’t so well maintained. Maybe next time. And don’t forget your adventure pass or $5.00 cash. Luckily we met some really cool people in the parking lot that let us borrow cash. We repaid him...

A quick nature get away from Temecula. When you're in need for some fresh air and connecting to nature, go to dripping springs. It is a short drive from Temecula. When the creek is flowing it adds to the experience. The trail is easy , just in and out trail. I have never completed it, but you can go as far as you like and then turn back. The campground is nice too. Great big spots. Primitive camping.

Hidden gem of a camp spot. Wish I didn't write this to let y'all know lol Water is back through dripping springs! Enjoy the cool refreshing stream during the hot days while it lasts. Lots of wild animals including rattlers, coyotes and spiders. Respect them and they will do the same. If you can definitely make it out here before the water is gone ☺️
