Magical Adventure Balloon Rides — Attraction in Temecula

Got their private engagement flight for 2 and couldn't have been any happier with how everything turned out.

Denni was our pilot and was super accommodating. The flight exceeded my expectations.

I really wanted the proposal to be extra special for my fiancé and Denni caught my vibe and MADE SURE that happen. I got a custom banner sent to him and he discreetly hid it until we landed so we could take photos with it. All I had to do was email him my proposal plan and he had no issues. I accidentally forgot to give him my phone to record the proposal and he was quick to react and recorded it with his phone. He was very respectful during the flight and gave us the alone time we wanted. It's almost as if he wasn't even there. Landing was super smooth. Champaign and roses were included our package.

There will be times when they may be overbooked due to having to reschedule flights because of bad weather. This affected their ability to take post flight pictures for every balloon. There is nothing they could've done about this. Denni alerted me about this before our flight and recommended I hire a photographer for pre flight, post flight, and filming of the proposal during the flight.

Wesly and David are their premium photographers(I think they're affiliated) and they're usually there in the mornings during check in and offer premium photography packages and drone footage.

Wesly's the drone expert and he took all the drone footage. David took majority of the pre flight and post flight photos and videos.

I called Wesly the day before got signed up with their their premium engagement photography/drone footage package.

I honestly couldn't have been any happier Wesly and David's work. Several groups of people signed up for the photography package and they managed to still get us more than enough photos, video footage, and drone footage.

We had a few poses we had in mind, but they knew the exact poses that would look amazing and they instructed us for every photo. They know a lot more than just looking at the camera and smiling.

Pre flight photos were amazing. They had a gopro set up in the hot air balloon to record the flight. Post flight pictures were even more awesome. They took a bunch of photos with different background, poses, and made sure the ring was seen in the photos.

Wesly made us an edited video with drone footage, photos, video, and the actual proposal which included a song of our choice.

This was our first time in a hot air balloon and we couldn't have been any happier with our experience.

Second time flying on a balloon with this company ! Flew 15 August after buying a discounted gift certificate due to COVID. First time in January 2018 was magical since it was winter time and the chill gave a different scenery as well as weather. We were able to see the pacific over the mountains to the west and enjoyed some time at a local petting zoo with a camel. The pilot was very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist having us all laughing and teaching us of the history of ballooning. We did land in a funky spot but the pilot was confident in his skill and while it was new to the passengers, he knew what he was doing. The mimosas were nice too ! This past second time was a bit different. While still fun, it was HOT. This isn’t to the fault of the company but man it was warm and the heat from the fire was making it even hotter. We from SoCal are alright with it, but others from different areas may feel differently about it in the summer. One passenger began to feel sick but the pilot was more than willing to check in on her and offer water. It was a much slower flight than my first and in a different direction but my wife Still loved the experience as it was her first. The pilot was nice enough but he seemed very concentrated in his craft, and I’d prefer someone who is focused on safety vs someone who is a talkative and distracted so I didn’t mind it too much. But I think a lot of people became more concerned when we were landing outside of the nominal location between two horse ranches on a dirt road just Missing power lines and trees. Again, take it with a grain of salt. Pilots can’t control every aspect of a flight but he did his best to ensure our safety. His crew on the ground level seemed to new guys so I would probably have liked that if there needed to be two on the ground, that at least one of them had experience as it seemed the pilot struggled to communicate and direct them to do what he needed. Either way, I still give this company five stars as as far as providing a great experience, they do just...

We did this on a Sunday (8/11/2019) It was a spur of the moment thing we planned for our cousin’s birthday. We were paired in a big group of about 18 in the biggest hot air balloon the Red Pirate one and our pilot was named Phil. It was all very exciting, awesome and the staff were all very nice & very professional in orientation and explaining all of the thing we needed to know to new safe & have a great experience, and we did! It was all so magical, peaceful & a little warm at times due...it is a HOT air balloon but it was all really amazing! Phil our pilot had a slew of information & nice stories and anecdotes while we all were on the ride and answered all of the people riding with us their questions all while piloting and navigating the way for us to see as much of the spectacular views around Tamecula.

I would very highly recommend doing this activity again and even though there was a big number of people riding with us it didn’t feel all too crowded as there were a quartered panel section to the basket we rode in. After we landed very safely and smoothly on the ground, the other staff members were kind enough to offer us so me snacks, orange juice, champagne or mimosa while they were fixing up the ballon for our return to the parking lot where we came from. As with all their information you would need is explained in their website, make sure to layer up cause in their morning it is quite cold and when you get in the balloon it can get a bit warm but still comfortable in my case.
