Around 4:40pm, on March 30th 2025, I visited the Rancho California location in Temecula Ca. The lady that had helped me clearly gave off the idea that she doesn’t care and doesn’t want to be there. She kept asking me what I wanted even though I repeated it about 4 times over. I was ordering a foot long sandwich and when I brought to her attention that she only put the protein/meat in half the sandwich, she laughs at me and goes to add more as if she’s doing me a favor. Like lady I’m paying $15 for my meal, there’s nothing funny about me wanting my order to come out correctly. She just wasn’t paying attention to the quality of her work nor the customer (me). When she asked me how much sauce I wanted “one or two lines?” I said one yet she proceeds to do two… If she’s not going to do her job correctly, I’m sorry but she shouldn’t be there. Maybe it’s too nuclear of an option but keep in mind I’m typing all this when I’m still hungry. I wanted to write this before eating my sandwich just so I don’t forget...
Read moreSubway has forgotten about their in store customers, especially Loran at this location. After ordering and paying for 7 sandwiches we realized we forgot to order our chips and a drink. Loran made me stand at the register for 7 minutes while she filled an online to go order. Since when is the customer in the store invisible? When Loran finished the order, she looked at me and said that Melanie would assist me. By the way…the to go order sat in the shelf another 10 minutes so was certainly not urgent. When Melanie got around to ringing me up she also informed me they no longer offer tap water…that the only thing to drink was a fountain drink, bottled beverage or a $3 bottle of water. What a rip off!!! Subway…get your priorities straight! Prioritize the customer standing in the store and for the love…please have regular tap water available for your customers upon request like every other...
Read moreI called ahead to ask if they had the promotional Happy Gilmore cups, the associate said they had all of them. I drove all the way down there only to find out the manager doesn't allow customers to choose the cup they want (from the 4), and when I got the cup, it was the ONLY cup of all 4 that I already had. I asked the associate to switch it for any of the other 3 and she repeated, "my manager only let's us give out one cup at random every day." I have 4 kids that would have loved to have their own cup and Subway is treating cups like they're Pokémon cards. This subway could be giving away gold with their meals and I'd still never return. Absolutely horrible service and...
