Beautiful! Fairly easy and flat trail to start but gets more challenging after crossing the metal bridge. Appropriate footwear recommended thereafter. Waterfall was lovely! A few obstructions on the trail and some muddy areas due to recent rain. Not very busy. Trail suitable for dogs on lead. Overall a lovely trail, not very busy. Pretty small parking area so go early esp on weekends

Such a beautiful area with so many different options for trails. My husband climbed up and got pictures of higher up stuff as I stayed on the main trail as I was not into get dirty lol. The cavern we went into was awesome but wish we had taken a flashlight, our phone lights were not that good. Hope to get to visit again.

Beautiful in every season, a state natural area managed by TN State Parks. This is a natural area, the road in is extremely rough and there are zero facilities. Enjoy the absolute beauty of Laurel Snow while respecting the wildness of the place. Pack out your trash and don't do damage. 💚

I have been visiting this area since the mid 90s. Back then and for years to follow, I can't recall a Gatekeeper being on site. This road is currently in the worst condition I've ever seen it in and if you dont have a truck, you can't reach the designated parking area in a car. We had to park on the hill along with another car that could not make it either. The gatekeeper wants you to leave if you dont park down there and the guy comes up to our vehicles while we are a few hundred yards away and lays on the horn and stays there like we have been summoned and are supposed to answer to him. He finally left. YOU NEED TO FIRST, FIX THIS SORRY ROAD AND SECOND, PUT THE STUPID GATE AT THE PARKING AREA INSTEAD OF AT THE MAIN ROAD. The gate was over two hours away from being closed, we had plenty of time. Anybody should be able to park ANYWHERE along that road as long as they are not in the way, which we weren't. The property is owned by the state, not the angry gatekeeper. I don't appreciate being harrassed. PEOPLE CANT REACH THE PARKING AREA BECAUSE YOUR ROAD IS A PIECE OF HILLBILLY JUNK SO LEAVE THEM ALONE IF THEY PARK...

Does anyone remember the natural dam wayyyy past blue hole with a hole in the middle where a harder round rock had moved back and forth for how ever many millions of years and made a hole 3 ft into the stone. Last time I went that far someone had taken it out. I put back and no noise. I flipped it over and power of the water shaking this 80-120?lb round Rock shook the ground, its a low rumble. U can feel in your chest. Anyone else ever...
