Farmer Dave's at East Street Farm Stand — Attraction in Tewksbury

Their produce is good, I used to use Wilson farm and switched to their CSA and visit this store. I usually buy 6-7 items, they never display the cost and just charge, which is ok, they send check via email. However I noticed that I was being charged more couple times, they just charged me wrong price. I decided not to report but then they charged me for two pints of blueberries, they returned it after I called and came back next time. But again they charged me wrong price for the apples. Their cashier is telling me that I have to tell her the price. This is not a service I expect. If I have to tell her cost for every item and they don’t know right pricing, why they are a cashier? So set right expectations with your customers that we have to memorize all your pricing. So I had issues four times, should I come the fifth time? I will probably do until my CSA is over but then I won’t renew and return to Wilson farm or other farm. I am sorry but I am done. *update. The story with wrong pricing is never ending. Today I bought second honey crisp which had label $1.49 per pound. They charged me $2.99, this is what I saw in the check. Since my phone was in the car, I saw it when I returned to the car. So I took apples and returned back. Told this cashier lady that it is never ending story and instead of getting apologies she told that « I don’t understand ». What I don’t understand? That is see check with wrong amount??? She tried to explain that on her weights she had correct cost but in check it is wrong.... ok, so why you did not tell me when I made a purchase? Why I should I return back to you and why you start your conversation with « you don’t understand ». This lady can’t handle customers and since their system is so bad I will take a trip to another farm. I won’t go there...

They are soooo nice here it's my first time visiting but I will definitely be back the woman was very helpful and informative and made me feel very welcomed and also great selection of items. All the staff is wonderlful and will always help you with any questions you have they are knowledgeable about all the items at the farm stand. I enjoy the variety of products here they have a great selection of fruits veggies fresh baked items dairy products...

The day olds are still so yummy, and I LOVE their cheesy jalapeño biscuits and the sweet potato buscuits!

They have beet cake, which was surprisingly tasty, and other curiosities.

Lots of jams and spreads, fresh produce, fresh milk and local ice cream.

They also have a ton of prepared foods! I wish I had come here...
