This place was a pain in the butt the entire time me and family spent there. When we first arrived in the VIP parking area, and went into the building, we were informed you aren’t able to bring your own food/drinks unless you are a homeowner in the area. This rule was not specified by the staff when asked on a previous visit by my mother. And this is also despite trying to reach the company by emailing, and trying to communicate and clarify with the business about our reservation and any questions we had (regarding food), to which we received no reply. After the family decided to cut our losses and accept that we couldn’t bring food into our pavilion, we got to our VIP area we had rented, only to find things like dirty cushions on our seats(photo available), trash in the sand (forks and other plastics specifically, photo available), and no shortage of cigarette butts(photo available) (despite being told there was no smoking allowed in the area, even though there were no posts anywhere to support this claim). Even after all of this, another friend that was going to meet for my mother’s birthday party, arrived and ran into more problems. Our family friend has a service dog, and was not denied entry, but was discriminated against and denied full access. She was denied full access to the facility by the HOA in the area, even though it is against federal law to do so. This is an appalling and gross misunderstanding of ADA federal law, and resulted in our family friend leaving and not being able to celebrate the birthday party with the rest of the group that was present. This service dog had all certificates and necessary paperwork, and should not have been discriminated against. We paid a pretty penny to spend the day in the VIP area, especially with a group of 13 patrons who had to be paid for individually, on top of paying to reserve our pavilion and cabana. We will not be returning here, and would recommend that if you have a disability to not come here, as your disability needs will not be properly taken care of.

The views are wonderful, the service is hit or miss. If there is no expectations for good service and you have an ability to be flexible with items you bring (drinks & snacks), some days you can and some days you can't, then it's actually pretty nice.

I thought it would be great to go for my husband birthday especially because of Greg Abbott suggestion to keep air in Texas on 78 degrees we might as well be on a beach front with VIP experience. I'm under my business name but I'm Cammiesha Jones aka MeMe. We paid 347$ total 180 for 4 VIP tickets 70$ each for 2 seated areas.Enchance experience was very uncomfortable the two young lady's were very confused on every question from seating to upgrades. We went to the M.O.D he was very nonchalant & couldn't answer much told us we had to take it up with the Bar or waiters. The waiters were kids they said they didn't anything at all. Food and drinks served 2 hours late. Customer service needs improvement. Management needs to care for there establishment money don't grow on trees & surely false advertisement. Discrimination included the workers...

This place was the worst! I paid $300 for 4 tickets for the adults only section VIP and 4 chairs (no umbrella). We get there and they talk up the area any the waiters getting everything to need taking your fix orders and drink orders. Make it sound amazing. Then we get to our section and there are little kids everywhere!!! Couldn't get the wait staff to save your life, one actually told me it would be best just to go get it myself... the area is so small it's, it's literally an oversized community pool (it is in an actual neighborhood) way over priced and I do...
