Belton Lakeview Park — Attraction in Texas

This park should remain open more throughout the year and so should they all! We need a place to escape to the outdoors and this is supposed to be a free country! Why are these Parks closed most of the year? Who makes these kinds of decisions for us? Seems a bit ridiculous !! Lighten up Belton or Bell county or whoever is making these silly decisions. This place looks like the city abandoned it. It should be bulldozed due to the condition of the park and it's disgusting attendees. Within 2 minutes of parking I witnessed a crossdresser walk out of the public restroom. He drove away only to park in the next group of spaces to solicit another park goer.
