The hot springs trail was closed but this pot offered a nice view of the rock cliffs and Rio Grande if you walked down towards the river and then up the hillside by a lean-to looking thing... there is a trail up to it and its easy to continue on a few yards for the view. Seems like they could make this an...

100/100 view, however , I have to share my personal experience to remind you of the ants in this “ Picnic Area” here. I have zero serious allergy issue history but ended up in ER after being bitten by one ant on foot 🐜 under these beautiful trees. The Texas ant is no joke and they are very toxic....
